Get into the holiday spirit at the Byron Public Library! Join us for a cozy day of creativity and cheer at Merry Makers: Crafts, Wraps, & Flicks on Thursday, December 18th from 11:00am-7:00pm.

The Indigo Trail is located at the Byron Forest Preserve near the Jarrett Prairie Center. Park in the lot by the Jarrett Prairie Center and look for the storyWalk® sign between the playground and the Jarrett Prairie Center. Walk along the prairie past the playground. The story starts near the woods. Current book: "Fox and the Jumping Contest" by Corey Tabor. Fox really, really wants to win the jumping contest. He knows just where he'll put that first-place trophy. The only problem-Fox is not a very good jumper. But he is a very good schemer.
